Web Design

We will happily make your website about anything you wish but there are certain exceptions which include anything of a pornographic nature, anything that displays racial hatred or abuse, or anything that hosts illegal information or files. If you decide to add anything like this to your website in the future you must remove any links or references to our website.

Any person who has paid for the service in advance and wishes their site to be anything to do with, or include information about the types of site listed above will be entitled to a full refund minus any administration costs and costs to us incurred through refunding them. In such a case, the product(s) bought will not be created.

We will usually create a draft template of what your pages will look like. We will then send you a link to this page which you must then decide on whether to use it or not. We will happily make any changes for you. We also offer a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied at this stage, if you have already purchased from us and you are not obligated to pay if you have not done so already by this stage. Once you have agreed at the design stage you will no longer be entitled to a money back guarantee as you have already accepted our design.

The included banners and logo with our web design packages are static designs only and animated ones have to be bought separatly.

We will usually include a text based web link at the bottom of the page to our website. You do not have to keep this link on your website and may remove it at any time but we ask politely that you consider keeping it.

We own the copyright to all images, pages, content and code we make, however you are still free to make any changes you need to as long as they will not be used in any way which could be considered harmful to our business. Just email us at support@webgrafix.co.uk to obtain permission.

We may choose to display your product in our portfolio. If you do not wish to have your product displayed in our portfolio please contact us to let us know.

Exact Description of Services

Banner and logo designs included with the web design packages.

These items are static images only, no animated versions are included for free. The banners can be any standard size set out in the IAB standard banner sizes and logos can be of any size up to 320x240 pixels.

The forums, blogs, search function and hit counter are all freely available on the Internet and we do not charge for their inclusion, only for the time taken to sign up for them on your behalf. As they are all hosted externally we cannot guarantee their reliability and we are not responsible for any content on them.

The features included with each package do not have to be used they are meerly there as an option so please do not feel you have to include them if you do not wish to.

Web Hosting

Our accounts offer a high amount of web space for users to fill in anyway they please, however we do not allow mp3, mpeg, rar or zip files on our servers. Our web hosting packages are designed for users who want their own website and not for file storage. Accounts will be closed for breach of these terms but we will give warning.

Fair Usage Policy

We offer unlimited bandwidth on all our web hosting deals but this does include a fair usage agreement. This means that each account is intially limited to 50GB of Bandwidth. This should be more than enough for 99% of users. On the rare occasion when more bandwidth is needed we will provide it free of charge.

Disclaimer

We will not be held responsible for the content on any website we make unless it is content that we have created ourselves. The onus is on the customer to make sure that they own the copyright, or have permission to copy the images and content that they want included with one of our services. We will not be held legally responsible if they do not.
